Area Wide Revitalisation

 £191,875: Funded by Department for Communities (DfC)  

This Scheme, completed in June 2021, was developed to encourage people to visit our city and towns, to promote the town/city branding and to enhance the aesthetics each urban area.  

 The project provided a range of mobile transportable units (mobile trailers, gazebos, inflatable domes, picnic tables and trestle tables) and a PA system, which are currently used to support urban centres and businesses through the provision of events and local markets.   

  The project further developed and complimented the city and town centres branding through the provision of branded hessian shopping bags.  

The scheme also provided the installation of 12no Solar Bins, which enabled us to pilot a much more sustainable approach to waste.
