Holywood

The Holywood Town Centre Masterplan was produced in 2014 by The Paul Hogarth Company.  Since that time the town centre has continued to thrive as a busy commercial hub and desirable place to live.

New challenges face Holywood, as they do all towns in the Borough.  This includes the onset of the Climate Crisis, attitudes 'Post Pandemic' and the increasing costs of living.    

In 2022/23, The Paul Hogarth Company, with McGarry Consulting, and informed by public engagement exercise undertook a review of the Masterplan.  The review sets out an understanding of current projects and initiatives, an overview of conversations with stakeholders and a revised set of priorities and actions for Holywood to be delivered over the next 8 years.
