Contact the Mayor's Office

The Mayor's office provides specialist administrative support services to the Mayor and Deputy Mayor.  The Mayor's Secretary coordinates the Mayor's diary.

Invitations to the Mayor's office should be in writing, giving as much notice as possible before the event.  Please complete the online request form below or download, fill in and return the Engagement Information Form in the download section.

Visiting City Hall

The City Hall in Bangor is a listed building, with beautiful interior and exterior features.  The building is not open for public tours.  Schools, sports clubs, community groups, faith groups and other organisations in Ards and North Down can arrange to visit the City Hall. These visits are arranged through the Mayor's Office.
