Car Park Fine Payment/Contact Information

To help fulfil our parking responsibilities we have an arrangement with Marston Holdings Ltd. They employ traffic attendants to patrol car parks and take enforcement action against vehicles found to be parked in contravention of the restrictions in the form of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs). Marston Holdings Ltd process PCNs and deal with all representations on the Council's behalf.

The full cost of a PCN is £90. However, if you pay within 14 days of receipt, the penalty is reduced to £45.

Examples of contraventions include:

parking without clearly displaying a valid pay and display ticket
parking for longer than the paid time
not parking wholly within the markings of the bay/space
parking in an accessible parking space without clearly displaying a valid blue badge
parking in an electric vehicle's charging place without charging your vehicle

If making a payment, enclose a crossed cheque or postal order (PO) made payable to NI Consortium. Write the notice number and Vehicle Registration Number on the back of the cheque or PO. Complete the payment slip on the PCN and return it with the payment.
