How do we engage

We are committed to listening to what our residents have to say about the services we provide and what they want to see happen in their local area. 

We believe that listening to and involving people will lead to better, more responsive services and improved quality of life for all.

We engage through a range of activities, including in-person and online surveys, public information meetings / drop-in sessions, public conversations and formal consultations.

Every two years we conduct a Resident Satisfaction Survey, which collates feedback from 1,000 residents. 

On an ongoing basis many of our services collate user and customer feedback on their performance.  

We also engage on key projects and plans and will advertise opportunities to get involved in these via our social media channels.
