Code of Conduct for Local Government Employees

This Code is issued as a statutory recommendation by the Local Government Staff Commission under Article 35(1)(b) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (NI) Order 1992 and represents the minimum standards of behaviour expected from district council employees.
