Council Land and Property

Ards and North Down Borough Council manages a diverse portfolio of land, including parks, open spaces, and car parks. If you're interested in using Council land for an event, here are some important details:

Event Applications:
If you wish to hold an event on their land, you must submit an application in writing at least six weeks before the proposed event.

For large concerts or major events, such as markets or fun fairs, you need to send a written request six months in advance.
In some cases, a bond of £500 or another amount may be applied for large events.
To make a request, complete the Request to Use Council Land Form and return it to landrequests@ardsandnorthdown.gov.uk
