The council has community centres and halls across Ards and North Down, which are available for hire to the public for events, classes and meetings.

What are the community halls and centres bookable hours?

Our centres and halls are available for bookings between:

  • Monday - Saturday, 8:30am - 10:30pm
  • Sunday 9:00am - 9:00pm (Available on request outside of these hours at an additional cost)

 

I have a query/would like to make a booking.

Community centres and halls booking enquiries can be made at the following times:

  • Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm
  • Friday 10:00am - 3:30pm

Can I view the room/facility before booking?

Yes, please contact our Community Halls team to make an appointment.

 

How much is a birthday party booking?

Birthday parties are available to book in 3-hour slots at a hall hire price of £39.

This 3-hour slot includes 30 minutes of set up and set down time. 

Do you offer discount? 

Bookings of ten or more consecutive weeks can receive 10% discount. 

Constituted groups and registered charities receive 25% off.

Only one discount will apply. (Excludes Kiltonga Hall and Queen's Hall) 

What facilities are available for use at each centre? 

  • Car parking spaces, subject to availability 
  • Kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge (except for Kiltonga Hall) 
  • Wi-fi (except for Kiltonga Hall) 
  • Projector, Screen and Flipchart (pen and paper not provided)
